Café bom, porém qdo cheio, serviço fraco.

Ruidos do quarto ao lado, isolamento acústico, abajour dos dois lados da cama, creme e condicionador no banho, mais atendentes p limpar mesas em dias de café cheio.

Cama boa e bastante elevador

Muito barulho entre os quartos. Rádio da equipe de limpeza muito alto dando para escutar dentro dos quartos e atrapalhando o sono por volta das 09:00!

Gostei da decoração e do quarto.

Disseram que a piscina era climatizada, mas não há nenhuma climatização. A água estava um gelo.O restaurante do hotel é bem caro. Fiz check-in de 3 crianças e no café da manhã não constava o nome da caçula de 8 anos. Achei desconfortável, pois demoraram a me deixar entrar para tomar café da manhã.

Localização.

Localização. Café da manhã bom. Espaço quarto bom.

Prédio antigo e precisando reforma. Lençol parte de baixo muito fino e praticamente transparente. Vaso sanitário antigo e tampa bem inferior ao vaso. Acústica ruim dando pra escutar muito facilmente o vizinho e pessoas no corredor. Quarto “antigo”.

Quantidade de elevadores excelentes (3), distribuição das mesas do café muito boa e fácil acesso ao aparador, estacionamento perfeito, funcionários extremamente treinados em excelência...

Oh, nada que fique negativo...pode parecer engraçado rsrs...mas, toda vez que eu desenrolava o papel higiênico quando usando o vaso ele caia no chão, para não acontecer eu tinha que segurar com as duas mãos...rsrs...mas, só um detalhe. Tudo muito bom.

Ótimo café da manhã.

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Sempre havia poeira na base dos abajours e da televisão. O tamanho da cama de casal poderia ser maior. O preço da garrafa de água do frigobar é exorbitante, assim como o buffet do almoço.

3 not 4 stars hotel, but with the potential to be a 5 stars

Good location. Staff was helpful after an issue regarding the booking. The glass lifts are quite nice.

Basic breakfast, fruits and cakes lack flavour, specially for a country like Brazil. The sauna doesn't work. I asked reception to turn it on but even after an hour it wasn't hot -the log cabin in my garden gets warmer in summer. Like other reviews said it's an old hotel that knew better times, that said it clearly has the potential to be great hotel.

The worst hotel I've been

The hotel is in a good location with some good restaurants and nearby Paulista Avenue. The breakfast is ok.

At first i arrived at the property with a good half hour beforey check-in. The staff asked me to pay half diary and didn't asked my friend. After it the bathroom was so dirty with some slimes and other people hair (woman long hair). There were 2 power plugs and the light of the bathroom that didn't work. The shower towel wasn't clean (it was still dirty from people before) The walls are really thin and you can hear everything from the nearby bedrooms (i heard fights from 2 rooms after mins and even sex from a room nearby). Sometimes you have a bad cesspool smell everywhere at the hotel.

Very nice hotel.

Very nice hotel. Great reception and very friendly and helpful.

I placed the “do not disturb” sign on my door because I arrived very late and needed to sleep. The maid ignored this and still entered my room while I was sleeping!!!! She continued to clean my room and woke me up! Do not disturb does not mean “please enter while I am sleeping”!

Acceptible "mid-class" hotel, nothing more. Overpriced for what it now is.

Never, ever 4 star by true international standards. Not really bad, but nothing exceptional either. Sushi bar is quite good though, best (tastiest and freshest) sushi combo we ever had.

Dated decore throughout, dated furniture, broken cold water regulator in the shower, terrible cheap plastic toilet seat.

The bedroom was ok, clean sheets, air conditioner worked just fine

The acoustic of the room is terrible you can hear other people talking, the breakfast doesn’t taste that good
